How to book a trip
You can book a trip either via our booking system on this website or via email. Our general email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our booking system
For our private programs such as the Trekking the Historic Opium Trail on Doi Suthep the price depends on the number of participants. The amount listed on the program page is the price for 2 persons. There is a minimum of 2 persons. When you type in 3 persons, the booking system will automatically adjust to the total amount for 3 persons. It will do this also if you type in 4, 5, up to 8 persons.
If you are with more than 8 persons, please contact us directly for a special group rate. We have organised many bespoke group tours.
The price of our join-in programs such as the Mae Wang Trekking and Cycling Adventure is the same for two or more persons. There is only one price. We run the trip with a minimum of 2 persons and a maximum of 10 persons. Departures are guaranteed.
We guarantee the prices on our website until further notice. Once you have booked, there will be no surcharges.
How does payment work?
We use Paypal. We included the Paypal fee in our prices. Once you have finalised the booking, we will send you a Paypal Link. You don’t have to make a Paypal account. If you click on our link you also have the option to pay by credit card.
We don’t accept credit cards unless you are prepared to come to our office to pay.
We accept payment by bank transfer. In this case, you will have to pay the bank fees. In this case, please contact us so we can send you our bank account details.
We prefer not to deal with cash payments on arrival. We might do this in individual cases but will always request a deposit of minimum 20%.
Our cancellation fees are in our terms and conditions. We are flexible and will look at cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
