How our tours are priced
We have priced our trips per person from two persons up to eight persons. We can accommodate more than eight persons on most tours but this is on request. Almost all our tours are on a private basis. A private trip is very expensive for a single traveler and sometimes not recommended. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you want to book a tour as a single traveler. In general the price for a single traveler is double the price per person with two people traveling.
We offer children a discount of 15%. Please contact us if you have young children in your family so we can send you a payment link for a reduced price. If the child is very young we can adjust the itinerary. Our Expeditions are on request and not bookable on our website. The Educational Tours are sample tours for schools and universities and are also not bookable on the website.

This page explains how you can book a Green Trails Tour. Our tours are divided into categories: day tours, Classic Trekking, two-day tours, Green Trails expeditions, family tours, and educational tours. Most of these tours you can book on our website. Just fill in the number of people and the day you want to start the tour. Our booking system automatically transfers you to a booking page. You can book our tours only with a time-lapse of three days, allowing us to find the right guide and transportation and prepare for the tour. We accept last-minute bookings, but they are on request. Please email us to check the availability of last-minute requests: info@green-trails.com
Which information do we need from you?
On the booking page online, you can fill in the hotel, guesthouse, or Airbnb, where our guide and driver have to pick you up. For our limited medical insurance, we need the following information:
– Your full name as it appears in your passport
– Your nationality
– The number of your passport number
– Your date of birth
You can send us this information by email. We always like to be in direct contact by email with you. After we have collected all the necessary information our sales manager will confirm the booking.
The tours that are on request
We have tours on our website that you can not book online, such as our educational tours. These tours are for schools, universities, and other educational institutes or companies. Most of our Green Trails Expeditions are on request. These trips have hotel overnights and other variables we must check before confirming. The four-day Huay Nam Dang and Doi Inthanon trekkings are also on request because few guides can do those tours.
The Educational Tours and most Green Trails Expeditions are sample programs we customize upon request. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and knowledge of the destination, which enables us to customize any program to your wishes and requirements.
